Hi Mark, thanks for your kind words. I took a ten-day silent Vipassana meditation course. But now I just use guided meditations that I get from CDs or off of iTunes. Most of the meditations I do are to calm my mind. Take care.

Hi Mark, I didn't mind a bit that you used my message. It was just surreal hearing my own voice as I was getting off the bus. I am curious. You mentioned that you took a meditation class. What form of meditation do you practice? Love the show.
